To make your visit at Static Salon hassle-free, we are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and quality hair care at highest standards.

Booking Appointments

We offer services to teens and adults. Appointments can be booked by contacting us through email, text or phone. Our fastest and preferred method of communication is via email.

Cancellations / No Shows / Late Arrivals

We require 24 hour notice for all appointments that require cancellation or rescheduling. A 25% cancellation fee may be applied to your account if insufficient notice is given.

Late arrival may result in a customized treatment based on your originally scheduled time so that the next guest is not kept waiting. Full value of your treatment time will be charged.

Arriving with a Guest

We understand if you require a drive to, or assistance within, the salon. However, due to the limited seating inside the salon, we ask that you do not bring a guest who are not receiving treatment with you to your appointment.


Our prices are based on individual consultations. Our list prices are base values for the services described. Prices are subject to change based on hair density, texture and/or stylist.

We are happy to provide you with a quote before starting your service.

Right to Refuse Service

We have the right to refuse service to any client, should we feel that your hair integrity be comprised.

We have a zero tolerance for any abuse towards staff or other clientele.
