Salon Policies

We want your visit at Static Salon to be hassle-free. Though our stylists operate independently, all are dedicated to providing exceptional customer service and quality hair and nail care at the highest standards.

Scheduling Appointments

Our services are available to teens and adults. Appointments can be scheduled by contacting the stylist of your choice through email, text or phone. We strive to respond as quickly as possible but please remember that we also try to limit our responses reasonably close to our hours of operations.

Salon hours

Our salon is open by appointment only. The hours posted are a guide for our typical booking hours, however each service provider creates their own schedule and these hours are subject to change day to day.

Cancellations / Late Arrivals / Missed Appointments

Please be respectful of the time you have scheduled. Cancellation notification should be provided at least 24 hours prior to the appointment time. For last minute cancellations a fee may be added to your next visit. 

When arriving late it is important to know that your originally scheduled service may have to be modified to fit into the reduced amount of time remaining in your appointment to ensure the next guest is not kept waiting. The full value of your scheduled time will be charged less any products that were not used due to the modified appointment.

Arriving with a Guest

We completely understand how fun it can be to have friends accompany you to an appointment, however, due to the limited space inside the salon we respectfully request that those not having a service not attend with you. Attending without friends also helps us focus on you and your service without added distractions!

Prices/Payment

We strive to provide accurate pricing when requested. Our price lists found here provide the minimum fees and the average range for services. This said our fees are based on time spent and products used and can vary depending on hair texture, density and/or the stylist.

Please contact your service provider to inquire about the methods of payment they accept.

Right to Refuse Service

Every stylist working from Static Salon has the right to refuse service should he/she feel that your hair integrity will be compromised.

Our salon supports an environment of respect and dignity. Harassment or abuse of type will not be tolerated. Let’s all be kind. 🙂
